Silver Lake II

the bird series

This scene took place right before the geese stepped on shore and began hunting for bugs as seen in Silver Lake I. Although more than twice as big as Silver Lake I, this painting is still very small at only 5″x7″ and would fit almost anywhere. Although larger than Silver Lake I and Taking Flight put together, the details were far smaller in this painting than in either of those so it was quite challenging.
